WEAKNESS OF VAMPIRES:
Well, speaking of the weaknesses of vampires is not easy. There
are many theories built on this. Each author speaks about the weaknesses of
vampires in a different way. But all agree on some of them (except in
crepusculomania - a separate story that, in my view, should be disregarded).
The most common are:
Vampires
are sensitive to sunlight.
There is an anatomical reason that the vampire cannot stand the
sunlight. He's dead, and his skin is like a sheet of paper, thin and
sensitive. Sunlight damages his skin and can cause severe injury, causing
the death of it.
When a person dies, for 8 hours your skin becomes thin. And it
gets detached itself from the body. Thus, it can be completely torn with
the hands. As vampires are not living creatures, their skin goes through
the same process. So the vampire is sensitive to the sun.
Then, sunlight can kill a vampire! And in a few minutes. It
makes the blood boil, skin burns and leads to death quickly.
The
Garlic:
Well, garlic, in my opinion is only one food that the vampire cannot
enjoy due to their stomach dead.
For some authors, garlic can ward off the vampire.
I am kind of insane. But there is something that can affect a
vampire- Faith. If the person who is using garlic believes
wholeheartedly, without having doubt, that garlic can save it. Then
Garlic will save!
Another way would be the vampire has some kind of allergy or revulsion
to such seasoning. This also serves to silver!
Sacred
Symbols:
Gone are the days that vampire’s burn with holy water and
crosses. But, yes. Like garlic, sacred symbols can harm a
vampire.
Stakes
in the heart:
For some authors, the stake is deadly. But imagine the force
required to drive a stake in a person? How to pass through the rib
bones? Especially in the body of incredibly strong creatures like
vampires? If you managed this feat I believe, the most it could do would
cause a paralysis in vampire.
Decapitation:
I personally believe that the decapitation kills the vampire. Some
authors say otherwise. But it is one of the only ones still active systems
in the vampire's nervous system. This is controlled by the brain. If
the brain turns off the body, the body dies. So I believe that decapitation
kills the vampire.
Absence
of blood:
The vampire cannot eat. Their stomach is dead. So his source
of life is the blood of others, which is pumped by osmosis to keep
non-living tissues needed for vampire. With the absence of power, it will
not be able to keep the fabrics. Then his body will begin to die. So
the vampire must maintain the level of blood in his body.
Coffins - vampires
have to sleep in their coffins during the day
No
Reflection - vampires have no reflection in mirrors. It was
believed that a person's reflection in a mirror was a reflection of his soul,
the soul that vampires do not have. Later it also gave rise to the fact that
vampires do not appear in photos or have shade.
Religious
symbol – It is not only that the symbol is enough to injure a
vampire, it is necessary to have great faith in this symbol. In some cases
the symbol need not be religious.
Flowing
Water - vampires cannot cross running water. This is
linked with the fact that they lack the vamps reflection for most mirrors
formerly were water.
